iTraders should help sort out the scammer problem! You may still use this list for reference, but it is no longer as needed as it was!
Hey guys :) Just thought i would start the list! Please comment any others you know of along with some proof and I will add them to my list :)
A good piece of advice would be to block these users on steam, so you do not ever encounter them, intentionally or not! I have added in some tips on how to avoid scammers, written by Shoryuken87.

Please remember not to take this list as Canon but to be very very wary when trading with any of these people and make sure not to go first with them!
I made this very quickly just now to help form the basis of a list of untrusted users- I know this is not as advanced as would be ideal, but I am working on it!
How to avoid scammers (written by Shoryuken87) :
Check for reputation; either on their Steam profile, SteamTrades.com, SteamRep.com, /r/steamgameswap, or any trading sites with a big established community.
Check their games and inventory: if they have bundled and free games, or their profile is set to private, chances are high that they don't have CoD:Ghosts/BF4/AC4/AAA game for trade.
If you are going first and trading for a key, ask for a screenshot of their purchased page with the key blacked out. Tremor, Amazon, GMG, GoG, Bundle games etc. all provide a page or email with the key in it. If it takes too long for them to respond, they're probably taking the time to photoshop it.
Take your time; scammers will try and rush you to make a hasty decision. If you can't decide, you don't need to trade, there will be other opportunities.
Person with lowest rep always goes first. In a key for gift trade, keys always goes first. General rule most people go by.
If they are on this list then don't trade with them!
