First of all, do remember that the offers/surveys are provided by external agencies and Tremor Games will be unable to help you when offers don't credit. At the same time, it is very easy and simple to open a support ticket and contact the offer providers be it Supersonic, Trialpay, Matomy etc. when offers don't credit and you have proof of competing the offer.

Follow these rules for completing offers:

Disable ADBLOCK or any other ad/cookie blocker
*Offers will NOT credit if you or someone else in your household has done the same offer either in TremorGames or in some other site or in some other Offerwall

*You are required to fulfill and complete all the requirements of the applicable advertising offers given in the instructions of the applicable offer.
* Enter accurate information
* Take your time and answer the questions (If you answer too quickly, some offers may fail.)
* DO NOT use proxies - You will be blocked from offers and liable to be banned from tremorgames.com
* Tremor Games is not liable or responsible for Offers that do not work or do not award Coins correctly as the matter is beyond the control of Tremor Games. You should report the problem directly to the Offer provider (Supersonic, Trialpay, Matomy etc).
* If you are not awarded your tremor coins, and you have proof (screenshot, emails etc) that you have completed the offer, you can contact the offer provider through their support system.

Some offers just don't work all the time. It's not that they don't want to pay you, it's just how the offers work in general.

Tremor Games does not store nor gets information about your Credit Card, Address and other personal information that you fill up while doing the Offers. And even the Tremor Coins given out after you complete an offer is not under our control. The Tremor Coins are given by the Offer Provider after they accept the offer done by the user. We do not have anyway to contact the Offer Providers regarding Offers not being credited. Only the users can contact them using the Support link in the Offer Walls.

For Supersonic Offers you can contact support as shown in the image.

Click on "Missing Tremor Coins?" for the offer you have completely done but have not received coins for.

Navigate to :

Get Coins -> Supersonic Tab -> View Status : Total 1 Earned

Navigate to :

Get Coins -> Trial Pay Tab -> Click on "Support" -> Click on the "Contact Support" beside the Offer

Adding in this part of my FAQ into this topic (and removing it from mine), since it makes more sense being here and people with offer issues are more likely to see it. I may replace all the text with pictures later on.

Q) How do I contact SuperRewards?

  • Click "Get Help" under where it says "EARN TREMOR COINS" on the SuperRewards offer wall. After clicking "Get Help", click the blue circle with the question mark inside of it for the offers you need help with.

Q) How do I contact Matomy?

  • Click "Check offer status" at the top-right of the Matomy offer wall. After clicking "Check offer status", find the offer you need help with and click "Inquire about this offer".

Q) How do I contact SponsorPay?

  • Scroll to the bottom of the SponsorPay offer wall and click "Support" located at the bottom-left hand side. After clicking "Support", find the offer you need help with and click "Report Problem" on the right of the offer.

Q) How do I contact TokenAds?

  • Click "Support" at the top-right of the TokenAds offer wall. After clicking "Support", find the offer you had issues with and click the "Problem?" button.

Q) How do I contact PaymentWall?

  • Go to the PaymentWall offer wall and click "HELP" at the top-right. After that, go to "Offer History", find the offer you need help with and then click the "Start an Inquiry" button to the right of it.

Q) How do I contact V11 Videos or the Video Offers?

  • To my knowledge, you can't. I will say that you should always have anything related to ad-blocking turned off before attempting to do either of those, as the V11 Videos will not even show up if you have it turned on.

Q) Who do I contact for help with Tasks issues?

  • After clicking on a task, click "Help" at the top. Your Contributor ID as well as the Task ID will pop up. Write those down. Your Contributor ID is unique to you, for this site. The Task ID changes depending on which task you are trying to get help with. To get into contact with the tasks provider, CrowdFlower, you need to visit CrowdFlower Support. You have to make an account there, as CrowdFlower's Support Forums are just hosted on the site. After creating an account, you can post your issue there but you WILL need your Contributor ID and Task ID. It may take a few days for them to respond though.

Q) How do I contact Persona?

  • Make sure you are on the offer wall page Persona than click on "Support" on the top near right corner, than click on "Missing Tremor Coins" next to the offer that has not been credit.
